Anxiety occurs when animals are no longer able to adapt to changes in their environment and show maladaptive or abnormal responses. In order to safely move animals back into the wild and give them a chance to survive, they must be treated fairly. We never use poisons to get rid of pest animals. Instead, we do our best to use other safe methods such as, using live cage traps which are efficiently placed and monitored in a timely manner. Captured animals are then removed from the property and relocated. We also perform exclusions and preventative methods whenever possible. An example of a safe exclusion technique is trenching. This involves digging a trench around the base of a structure and lining it with materials that will prevent animal reentry. We also deal with remediation, which includes waste removal, surface-cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing.
